I say Eleanor myself. Eleanor seems to be one of those Villans that have a very convulted and elaborate master plan.

I’ve always had a weakness for subtle, calculating, far-sighted masterminds. Especially the sort who can make everyone else, including their enemies, dance to their tune — and never even realize who’s playing the pipe.

I’d say that describes Eleanor quite well.

Eleanor’s intriguing, I admit. But she always struck me as a little unhinged or mentally imbalanced. Belahm, on the other hand, was very apparently an intelligent and sophisticated member of a truly other-than-human society; I really enjoyed learning of her culture, values, and etiquette.
