Nicely telegraphed in the previous page. I looked at about three times, then said “Oh. Interesting grip she has on that.”
I was surprised, but pleased, that you managed to do it without violating the lines between subworld and senseworld. But the Lady does have a few millenia (eons?) of combat training; I’d believe she could make that precise a slash with a relatively blunt corner.
That’s a lot of blood.

She wasn’t asleep or unconscious, so, was it the exorcism thing that made it so the Lady can only come out when Jen is asleep?
I think it’s just that the Lady hasn’t regained enough strength to manifest herself independently yet. Hasn’t yet been able to completely separate her consciousness out. So at the moment she’s just Jen’s “superpowered evil side”, so to speak.
But that’s just my theory.
It’s surprising that the “blood” is ORANGE at the start and only becomes red after he let her go. Some kind of supernatural anti-coagulant?
Nah… it’s difficult to get colors to match up and appear the same on every monitor!

The harmonica dont need to have a knife – its metal parts can rip open the skin deeply if you use it in the right way. And the wrist has some shallow veins and arteries that bleed a LOT when open.
I´ve seen a friend getting some stitches in his leg because he walked too close (and fast) to a loose metal part and it made a nasty shredded cut.
The hilarity here is what one of the idiots who is still unharmed is doing. Your ‘friend’ is losing a tremendous amount of blood. Most people’s first instinct would be to get him to a *hospital*, or try to stem the potentially lethal bloodloss in some way.
But it’s not like these scum actually care about each other in any real way. I’d say it’s typical of that type of person’s mentality, but I’ve never researched psychology enough (or lived in the kind of area depicted in the comic) to have anything but my own misanthropy to go on.
