Albert: good point about the immortality. but being imprisoned in sense realm means that there is no quick way to get into other realms. MC Vlad helped Rona get into..umm…Rwal(sp?), so it doesn’t seem that vampyres are fully imprisoned.

Well, we have seen at least one vampire so far — MC Vlad. I don’t think they have anything to do with the Lady. (For one thing, there’s no way she would bestow immortality on someone — to her, that’s nothing more than eternal imprisonment.)
