According to her last statement on the matter, she gave up being one (despite having founded the order) because its name was usurped, twisted and corrupted. Rather than spend the endless effort to correct that, she abandoned the whole order just like she abandoned her own name.

Regressed? I don’t think so, outside of releasing her controls on herself. I’d take the “pretty please” as a way to emphasize “I really mean it.”
… Am I seeing things, or is that Belahm’s blood on her own sword?
Probably when her arm was cut off, the sword fell to the floor and then the blood spurted on it. That’s my best guess, anyway… any CSIs in the audience?
I’d recommend taking a look at page 21 in its entirety. It should be fairly obvious… unless I’m off my visual storytelling game this week.
