In the spirit of my favorite season, here’s a selection of spooky tracks from The Hungry Ghost album, recorded and (mostly) written by some guy who writes some comic called Twilight Lady:

The big problem is that the music plays automatically so I’m too annoyed to even listen. I apologise for that but I don’t like not being given a choice!
I don’t always read my webcomics during sociable hours so, if music starts playing late at night/early in the morning, I’m scared of disturbing my neighbours (I live in a block of flats).
Also the computer I normally read my webcomics on is slow (it was bottom of the range 5 years ago). This has several implications:
1) As it takes time to render 30 webcomics (I usually just click open in all tabs) I tend to go away and come back in a few minutes.
2) When I try to turn the volume down to 0 it can take a couple of minutes because the processor is too busy playing the music to react quickly.
3) My web browser crashes on that computer when I try to comment on this topic.
I’m not asking for much. I just want to be given the choice on whether to play music or not. If I don’t want to I don’t think it should play.
I’m using my new computer (the computer I bought to do job hunting on) to post this.
Apologies. I did intend for it to be optional originally but couldn’t figure out the right coding for that (one which would also allow the tracks to play uninterrupted once the user clicks on the ‘play’ button).

Thank you for fixing it.
