I believe Nietzsche (sp) have said "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And when you look into the abyss, the abyss also looks into you."

Or maybe Belahm really is just intrigued by human culture - she seems to be going out of her way to disprove the troll stereotype, and if she's been around so long then she could be falling prey to the old axiom that the act of observing changes the observer. I imagine that it would be the difference between looking at ocean life in a giant tank, and actually swimming with it out in the ocean.

Albert, there are several flaws in your theory.

1.) From what we've seen, this "Projection" only works one way. From Senserealm to where they are now produces "flesh" avatars, but the reverse is not true.

2.) Projecting from Senserealm into wherever they are right now has left their bodies unprotected. If Belham were to somehow do EXACTLY what these "stiffers" are doing, she'd be one giant target for everyone who has a grudge, and I'm sure there are plenty.

3.) If she "borrows" a body like Elanor's construct is doing right now with Rona's, she would have to contend with the new vessel's relatively weaker physical strength and defenses in the same way that Elanor's construct is. "Everything seems much 'heavier' in this body'" is how "IT" put describes the experience.

4.) Oh I'm sure she and Fang have at least some rough comprehension of one another. You don't live for centuries, especially as a successful business owner, without SOMEONE spreading the word about you.

5.) Belham does not do things just for "curiousity," she has a very strong sense of the "Bottom line" and always seeks profit or leverage.
