I think Zai is a bit overconfident and cocky… and that will get you killed no matter where you are. Wanker :\
But, look at Rona’s face in the last panel.
I think that Void and Doc are both right… Zai is using that sexual experience to reel Rona back in to his whims.
Oh, BC, why do you do this to your poor characters? LOL

As for Rona’s physical body- I doubt that Elanor will let any harm come to it.
She needs it as a vessel for Jason.
That, and I think that even Elanor has to play by somebody’s rules.

I see so many different possibilities: he’s a ringer (for the other side); he stays, gets in the way; he stays, makes ‘the ultimate sacrifice’ to help with the rescue yada yada yada.

I’m almost as interested in which one it is, as to the continuation of the story.
