As a matter of fact she isnt wearing much of anything at all. We're just taking her word for it that she rates a feminine pronoun. Not that I'm looking all that closely I havent seen much in the way of evidence to support a claim for either gender. Do demons really need gender identification? The Lady qualifies, sure. But Behlam? I'm not so sure. There are many emotional reasons to consider something she, such as ships, cars, planes and, (oh so long ago) hurricanes.
