   Yeah, she was a hawtie until she grew a moustache in panel 5!

   And who is this “Cruel Mother” person thingy? I sense we either get some questions answer pretty soon, or more likely; more questions. I think “Mother” was referenced earlier as well.

   (I don’t think it’s a moustache, rather the lighting and her anger morphing here, raptor incoming I would say.)

   lol, yeah, I know that it was lighting cruel mother=Mother Nature? I must revist the archives! don’t remember another reference to ‘mother’. Now that you mention it, he skin does look scaly in the last panel. I wonder how The Lady’s communications went! It seems that she communicated with the ‘pets’, so will they be with, or against the lady? someone previously pointed out the Lady+sabre in the banner: are they portrayed to show enemies, or friends?

   I doubt the Lady will have any problems, and as long as she’s there, Rona’s fine.
   Sure would suck if Jen were to wake up right now, wouldn’t it? Heh…
   And yeah:
   1,(Was just the lighting on her upper lip)
   2.(while never explicitly said, “Mother” appears to mean either Nature or Life)

   She wants to break the cycle. She wants to stop the life/death/reincarnation, so I doubt she’d look kindly upon those who wish to return to their lives. Then again, if they’re willing to change, she might believe that she’s “saved” them.

   As for the banner, it’s possible it wasn’t picked to show them as either enemies or allies.

   This Senserealm idea is new, like the concept of the Cruel Mother. Both very cool ideas.

   Looks like a complicated conflict brewing. Jen wants to help Lew. Lew wants to atone for killing his wife. His wife wants him to channel the spirits of extinct creatures. And the Lady wants to send the creaturs to their rest. Guess who I think is gonna win.

   I’m fairly sure the Cruel Mother is nature. The Lady mentioned her the first time we saw her, when she killed those three men. I’d give you a link, but the web is incredibly slow for me today.

   Anyway, either Lianmei just made a serious mistake, or we’re about to see what Houdini meant when he warned the Lady.

    For an entity who has only existed in the ‘spirit’ the idea of being caught up in a body of flesh would be a prison. So it is logical she would have such feelings and ideas about our dimension.
